Biography

- born 16.9.1967 in Karlovy Vary (ex Czechoslovakia)

- she played the clarinet from her 8 years with Mr. Jaroslav Fořt, piano with  Mrs. Věra Černochová

- 1982 - 1988 she studied at the Prague Conservatory with prof. Jiří Stárek

- 1988-1992 HAMU Praha ( Academy of arts - music faculty) in the class of prof. Etlík and prof. Mareš,  later on with prof. Koutník

- 1992-1993 one year scholarship at CNSM in Paris with prof. Arrignon

-  from 1994 she is a professor of the clarinet at the Prague Conservatory

-  she gave masterclasses in the South Korea, Japan, Italy and Poland

- from 2007 she organizes the summer clarinet masterclass in Domazlice (Czech Republic)

- in last years she appears often in the juries of international competitions and master classes ( Poland, Italy, France)

 - 1991 laureate prize winner of the international Prague Spring Competition

- 1994-1997 founder member of Prague Philharmonia conducted by Jiří Bělohlávek (Pražské komorní filharmonie)

- she performed as a soloist with many Czech orchestras including Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, almost all Slovak orchestras, Solistes Européens du Luxembourg, Nagoya Philharmonic and others

- she collaborated with Magdalena Kožená, Elisabeth Leonskaya, Gerhard Oppitz, Vladimir Ashkenazy, Jiří Bělohlávek, Shlomo Mintz, Sharon Kam and others

- she makes recordings for Supraphon Records, the titul Rossini - Bruch - Mendelssohn achieved Harmonie prize for the best recording of the year

- she also appears as a speaker in TV and radio (ExpoHlednice, Terra musica, Echo Dvořákovy Prahy, opening concert of the festival Strings of Autumn)

- she even played a small role in TV serie "Hop nebo trop" (clarinet player Jiřina Vágnerová)

- she performed at prestigious festivals and events (Expo 2005, opening concert of Mitte Europa festival, World Bank and International Monetary Fund forum, Prague Spring Festival, Dvořák´s Prague and many others

- 2009 she represented the Buffet Crampon at the clarinet congress in Portugal
