Please come enjoy a celebration of chamber music for clarinet and piano featuring world renowned clarinet soloist Jonathan Cohler and multiple prize winning pianist Rasa Vitkauskaite! The duo has recorded three critically acclaimed CDs (Rhapsodie Française, Romanza & American Tribute) and has been hailed around the globe for their brilliant and compelling performances. Recital program will include music by Lithuanian composers (Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis, Balys Dvarionas & Zita Bružaitė) as well as selections from around the world by Leonard Bernstein, Clara Schumann, Paquito D'Rivera and others. The performance includes engaging introductions to the music, and promises to make an exciting evening!
